We got married last month in Santorini after about a year and a half of planning. Our goal was to hire a local planner to help with the vendors and the process for Orthodox religious ceremonies. Upon meeting Ellie, she stood out immediately from the rest. She was the quickest to reply and ensured we were not just another request form. She took the time to meet us via Zoom and learned about us individually and as a couple; she also welcomed us to the island with everything scheduled for the venue, church, and food selection.
The choice was easy. Throughout the process, Ellie was incredibly composed and helpful, but most importantly, compassionate. She knew our needs and preferences and ensured she was always one step ahead. I was most impressed with her organization of documents and email threads, of which there were a lot! She never missed a thing, and everything was correct to the exact penny.
We had a 73-person wedding, and people are still telling us it was by far the most fun wedding they have ever been to. This is largely thanks to Ellie and her amazing team, who ensured everything went according to plan and gave us the peace of mind to trust her and enjoy—all for very reasonable prices!
